From the moment you walk into our office, you’ll be greeted by our warm and caring team. We’ll collect your basic information, insurance card, and medical history forms. If you’ve filled these out online ahead of time—great! If not, we’ll help you complete them in-office.
We’ll take digital X-rays or perform a complimentary digital scan if needed. These images allow us to get a clear view of your teeth, gums, and bone structure, helping us catch any hidden issues early. New patients often qualify for a free digital scan — ask us about it when booking!
In most cases, a gentle but thorough cleaning will be performed by one of our skilled hygienists. This includes removing plaque and tartar, polishing your teeth, and flossing. If signs of gum disease are present, we’ll discuss other treatment options with you before proceeding.
Dr. Z will review your X-rays, examine your mouth, and discuss your dental history and goals. This is the perfect time to ask questions about any discomfort, cosmetic concerns, or treatment recommendations. We focus on clear communication, so you always know what’s going on.
